I had a disappointing experience at Michael's barber. The haircut I received was subpar, lacking precision and attention to detail. Additionally, the towels had a noticeable unpleasant odor, making the overall visit less than satisfactory.

5/11/22 Came in on a Tuesday afternoon, and the shop had a couple clients being taken care of. This was my first time in this barbershop, and I was unaware I needed to call to schedule and appointment. Michael himself was very nice to accommodate me as a walk-in, after asking me if I had an appointment. Luckily, he had 40 minutes until his next client. He is detailed in his cuts and clean. Unlike other barbers, he will not go further and ask if you are satisfied. Then he will proceed if necessary. There were only one other barber other than Michael, and I believe this is the reason behind the schedule system they have. Be prepared with cash, they do not take card. They have an old fashioned cash register. Standard haircut is $25, while kids are $18.

I can't say enough great things about Michael! He was completely booked the day that I was in town for work (only for the day), but was willing to accommodate me after his normal hours when I told him I had to leave the next morning. Even though it was late, he still gave a great haircut. Clean salon and very friendly guy as well!

It was my first time here and i have to say that this place is amazing. Barbers are very polite and welcoming. The place is clean and chairs are very comfy. The quality is amazing, they ask you in detail how you like it and keep asking as they cut your hair so they make sure you are liking it 100%. The price is fantastic ($20) GOOD QUALITY AND GOOD PRICE deserves 5 stars and also i will recommend this place for all my flight attendant friends who layover in Chicago.

2/1/22: Was in town for business and needed a hair cut badly! Call Michael up to see if he could fit me in the same day. He was booked up for the day and still made time after hours to cut my hair! He did an amazing job and positive attitude! The price was reasonable as well!
